• The method of socially inventing high-quality contents has not been confirmed today while there is obviously a lot of demand for sharing regional information. This paper searches for the possibility of development and sharing a new character of the contents by blending special and grass-roots information in regional contents. We consider the method and the effect of blending contents based on results from the development of actual contents.
