• The Fushimi and Choja-machi area are commercial downtown of Nagoya City, which have problems of the declining population. In this project, we discuss how to develop ICT-based downtown in collaboration with local citizens and government. This project aims at revitalization of the commercial downtown while relying on the tradition of textiles wholesaler district by aggressively introducing ICT into downtown. About 70 video contents were produced and delivered across the Internet last year. We will continue the video contents provision and discuss applications by collaborating with the local community in the future.
