Recently, PBL (Project Based Learning / Problem Based Leaning) approch gets a lot of attention in ICT education domains. Conventional PBL approaches in ICT learning, however, are the second stage of learning defined by D.H. Jonassen, a researcher in Constructive Learning. The second stage is "advance level" of the knowledge acquisition, suitable for coaching approach. In this paper, a PBL approach for the third level of Jonassen's model is proposed. The level is "expert level" and the PBL approach can be realized only in the real world application system development. The authors started the real world system develpment PBL approach in 2000. This paper sumirizes the details and experiences in the PBL approach. Also, some practices are demonstrated and the future works are crarified.
