After the nursing care insurance system was introduced, the visiting care service is increasingly becoming important. The documented reports for the visit care, however, are often manually written and have become the root cause of inappropriate reporting that lead to improper claim of nursing benefits. The digitization of reports lead to efficient nursing care service administrative works that result in higher quality services to the residents by improving the content accuracy of the nursing care service. In view of this, a system using digital pen to manage visit care service was built and the proof of concept experiment was conducted in Mitaka City. The objective of this paper is to report about the details on the proof of concept experiment, result, and analysis for the system.
