• This paper argues the definitions of information from the static and dynamic point of view. While from the static point of view information is grasped as a static object , from the dynamic one as dynamic prosess , creating meaning as first step and changing meaning as second step. Yoshida defined information from static view point , Bateson did it from dynamic one but partly and Nisigaki did it fully from dynamic one.
