In this study, we discussed social effects and individual influences on users of the service system. Service and product were earlier distinguished as two different concepts, but now with the development of technology, they have been integrated into one system.a whole service system. Based on literature reviews and design case studies, we have identified three positive impacts of the service system on users: (1) improve emotion; (2) change behavior and awareness; (3) increase abilities and stimulate creativity of users. Service system designers should be responsible for human development and must consider the impacts their service system has on users as important parts of design. Furthermore, this paper aims to provide a foundation for our further study.how to design service systems to change human behavior and awareness. Specifically, we will try to analyze what elements of service systems can motivate human behavior from psychological aspects. Then we will discuss how to combine these motivations with service system design, and try to find the basic design methods and principles.
