外側膝状体近傍障害による4分盲を呈した脳内出血の2症例

要旨：外側膝状体の血管病変では同名性半盲や4分盲を呈することが報告されているが，その脳血管障害の報告および外側膝状体病変と視野障害の関係についての報告はまだ少なくその左右眼の視野障害の視野の一致・不一致についても議論の余地がある．今回我々は4分盲を呈し画像診断にて外側膝状体近傍の出血性病変が確認された2症例を経験したのでこれを報告し視野障害の成因につき文献的報告を加えて考察する．
