中大脳動脈M1，M2部閉塞に対するrt-PA静注療法後血管内血行再建術の治療成績

rt-PA静注療法無効の中大脳動脈M1，M2部閉塞症に対する，バルーンカテーテルによる血栓破砕（percutaneous transluminal angioplasty; PTA）を中心とした血管内血行再建術の治療成績を報告する．全16症例中M1閉塞14例，M2閉塞2例であった．Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction（TIMI）分類2以上の再開通を12例（75％）に認めた．Modified Rankin Scale（mRS） 2以下の予後良好群は11例（69％）であった．治療による合併症は認めなかった．rt-PA静注療法後のPTAを主体とする血管内血行再建術は安全かつ高率に再開通が得られる方法と考えられる．
