破裂脳動脈瘤に対するｃｌｉｐｐｉｎｇ術後急性期に肝動脈瘤破裂を合併した１例

症例は70歳の男性で，くも膜下出血発症3日後に右中大脳動脈の2個の動脈瘤に対し，クリッピング術を施行した．術後4日目に突然腹腔内出血によるショック状態となった．肝動脈瘤破裂と診断し，親動脈塞栓術を行った．脳血管攣縮の治療中，稀ではあるが潜在している腹部内臓動脈瘤の破裂が起こりうることが示唆された．
