1) The authors experienced a case of intranasal fibroma found rarely in the literature, and operated on it successfully.<BR>2) At first, carcinoma of the paranasal cavity was clinically suspected, but high voltage roentgenography revealed that there was not any pathologic change in the maxillary sinus or ethmoid cells but a tumor in the nasal cavity itself.<BR>3) Sasaki-Kubo's method for extirpation of choanal polypus proved very useful in this case and the authors believe that the method deserves more frequent application.
