The authors experienced a case of cylindroma developed at the boundary between the hard and soft palates in a man aged 64. They reported here the clinical and histological findings of cylindroma which had recently been attention as characteristic tumors, with considerations on the literature concerned.<BR>The authors emphasized that treatment should be careful remembering that there are dangers of recurrence, metastasis and infiltration even in cases where malignant pictures are not observable in histological examinations.
