It is said that maxilla cancer has rarely metastasis to the neck and submandibul ar lymphatic glands, and still less rarely to distant organs.<BR>The authors report a case they have recently experienced. The patient was a man of 59 years old with maxilla cancer, and died in a month in spite of the favorable course of the affected part. Autopsy revealed that there were metastasis to heart, esophagus, colon, adrenal, ileum, testicles, abdominal sympathetic ganglion, and various lymphatic glands.<BR>The authors discussed the anamnesis of this interesting, rare case.
