耳鼻科領域感染症に対する Cefbuperazone (CBPZ) の使用経験:基礎的・臨床的研究

The clinical and fundamental investigations of CBPZ were performed in otolaryngological infections. The results obtained were as follows: 1. CBPZ at a daily dose of 2-4g given by intravenous infusion was effective in 83.3% of the patients. 2. At one hour after intravenous injection of 2g, concentrations of CBPZ in the mucous menbrane of the maxillary sinus and tonsil were 45.2±2.31μg/g and 21.1±7.68μg/g, respectively. The concentrations transferred to these tissues were 48.4±30.74% and 29.5±14.18% of the serum, respectively. 3. The transfer of CBPZ to the mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus was sigificantly enhanced by the combination of pronase.
