The interrelation between the incidence of pediatric otolaryngological diseases and the patient's age was studied statistically. For the past year, 1571 cases of otolaryngological diseases in patients aged 0-15 years were treated at our clinic. And the following conclusions have been obtained.(1) There was no significant sex-incidence difference up to 2 years of age. However, the incidence was markedly higher in males than in females over 2 years of age. It was considered that the social situation of males influences this higher incidence.(2) There was high correlation between the incidence and immunological status of cases.
