Authors clarified that clinical effects of cefmetazole (CMZ) against to gram positive bacterial infection were very useful and valuable, in our otorhinolaryngological region. 13 patients who were infected with gram positive bacteriae had been improved after intravenous drip infusion at dosis of 2 gr per day for 3 or 5 days. The average serum level of CMZ on 30 minutes after administration of 1gr of CMZ showed 36.23 to 50.35μg/ml.
