Case reports of nasal and paranasal diseases with orbital complication and their statistical review are presented. In the group of 0 to 20 year-old patients, most orbital complication was induced by inflammation. In the group of 21 to 40 year-old patients, both inflammatory and cystic diseases of the nose and paranasal region caused orbital complication. Malignant tumors were often found in the older group of the patients. The importance of early diagnosis and early treatment of the disease was emphasized.
