An intramuscular or intravenous injection of CDP-choline (Nicholin) of 100 or 200mg daily was given to the patients with tinnitus, deafness, dizziness, etc. from the dosis of 800mg to 7200 mg.<BR>Of the 20 patients who were examined most cases more or less responded favorably with suppression of symptoms in treatment.<BR>In short, this drug exhibited excellent relief with the medication for tinnitus and mild relief with deafness, dizziness and facial nerve palsy.
