Seven cases of the hypertrophical vocal cord disease (their occupation were 4 teachers, 1 kindergartner and 2 leatherworker) were observed in the ovarian functional insufficiencies (1 case of each habitual abortion, dysmenorrhea, hypomenorrhea, bilateral ovariectomy and 2 cases of each uterus hypoplasia, climacteric psychosis).<BR>It is well understood that the direct cause of it will be resulted from their excessive speaking and chronic chemical stimulation.<BR>From the points of gynecological findings, history of cases and medical treatments, not only the local therapy but ovarian hormone therapy worked well in this disease.<BR>It seems that the ovarian functional insufficiencies may not the direct cause of it, but they will predispose to it.
