A 24-year-old female was diagnosed to have Fanconi anemia by the previous history of aplastic anemia, typical congenital anomalies, an elevated level of hemoglobin F in the peripheral blood and an increased chromosomal fragility in the presence of mitomycin C. In addition, a diagnosis of CMMoL was made by monocytosis (> 1, 000/μl) in the peripheral blood and other hematological findings. A rare association between Fanconi anemia and CMMoL is discussed.
