To test the irritability of 0.1% Ketotifen Eye Drops, the subject compound was given to the rabbits' eyes, and macroscopic and microscopic observations were made for examination of its effects on the cornea and conjunctiva.<BR>No noticeable abnormalities were observed in the eyes of the rabbits treated with 0.1% Ketotifen Eye Drops and Isotonic Buffer B solution as well as in the control (no treatment).
