The monthly mean values of geomagnetic data obtained at Kanozan Geodetic Observatory during the period from Jan. 1961 to July 1977 and their secular variations are reported in this paper. A new program for an electronic computer was developed for this purpose. It has the functions of curve fitting, Fourier analysis and Fourier transformation. The results obtained are as follows; 1. The rate of the secular variation of the total force is about -14.0 γ/year and its standard deviation is ±0.3 γ/year. 2. The maximum value of the spectrum of periods is about 5 years. 3. The reliability of the data has been confirmed by the fact that the fluctuations of the differences between the respective geomagnetic data obtained at Kanozan Geodetic Observatory and Kakioka Magnetic Observatory are negligible small. That is, the gradient term of the regression functions for the difference of the total force is -0.6 γ/year and its standard deviation is ±0.02 γ/year. It seems that there are no independent geomagnetic phenomena between Kanozan and Kakioka Observatory.
