The improvement of electrical properties of YBa2Cu3Oy thin films by second laser irradiation was observed. Clusters in laser plume formed by the ablation laser are decomposed to small particles by second laser irradiation with suitable delay time to ablation laser pulse. Mechanism of ablated particle deposition of oxide superconductor thin films controlled by the second laser irradiation is discussed on the basis of dynamics of laser ablated particles.
