A case of multiple sigmoid colon cancers recurrently prolapsing through the anus is reported. An 80-year-old female was seen at the hospital because of a symptom of prolapsing tumor through the anus. From various examinations it was found that two tumors existing in the sigmoid colon caused intussusception which prolapsed through the anus. Sigmoid colon resection was carried out. Pathological examination revealed that these two tumors were well differentiated adenocarcinoma, limited in mucosa, Ip (pedunculated) type, 3.4×3.7×2.2cm and 3.2×3.0×2.0cm in size respectively, neighboring with tubular adenoma and metaplastic polyp. Further, we reviewed 26 cases of tumor prolapsing through the anus seen in the Japanese literature. This case is the first case as multiple prolapsing cancers.
