A long term survival case of breast cancer is reported, in which the patient is alive in spite of bony metastasis. Two years after onset, radical operation for left breast cancer had been performed a year before skin metasis, then a few matastases have beenremoved. Seventeen years have passed after onsets fifteen years after radical operation, fourteen year, after the first recurrence.
