1) In the Stadie-Wu's method for hemoglobinometry the colorimetric ure is not sufficiently stable in color-tone. 2) But the mixture becomes much stable in its color-tone when it is heated at 50_??_60°C after being added ferricyanide. 3) This modification with heating, the author believes, can be recommended as an improvement of the method.
