Development and Practice of "High Frequency Circuit Technology to Learn in Practice" as Technical Seminar for Businessman

In electronic devices and communications equipment manufacturers, training of human resources to learn the high frequency technology which is the core technology has become an important issue. For this, intended for young engineers to engage in or in the near future to engage in high-frequency circuit design and measurement, we have developed a technology seminar course. In this paper, we introduce features and an overview of the seminar course and developed teaching materials. And having been conducted over the course for decade, it was found that attendance engineers' satisfaction is high by questionnaire. In addition, we also found that there is a need for higher level technical seminars in this field.
