This study aims at clarifying issues on housing supply and management system for the rental housing with which tenants can construct and remodel the room arrangement and interior of dwelling units to meet their needs, and finally concludes as follows;<BR>1. In the rental housing with which tenants can construct and remodel the room arrangement and interior of their dwelling units freely, next tenants have little flexibility to remodel the room arrangement and interior of the dwelling units, and it causes many problems on management of the rental housing.<BR>2. In the rental housing with which tenants can change the room arrangement of their dwelling units by movable furniture and wall, if it is hardly for them to move it by themselves, they hardly change the room arrangement.<BR>3. It is necessary to develop a "DIY" technique and make the housing maintenance system and rules in order to supply rental housing with which tenants can smoothly construct and remodel the room arrangement and interior of their dwelling units.
