Forty-nine cadaver kidney were per e with ureservation machine LPS-11 and ai vided into 2 groups by flow rate. 1) Group A (High flow rate: above 0.8ml/min/g.) was significantly better than Group B (Low flow rate: below 0.8ml/min/g.) from points of view of vascular resistance, immediate function rate and best serum Cr level (P<0.05). 2) Cases with immediate function were distributed within+307 of wet weight gain and below 80mmHg/ml/min/g, of vascular resistance. 3) Graft survival rate in Group A was statistically better than that in Group B (P<0.05).
