The temperature dependences of 1H NMR spin-lattice relaxation times were determined at 20 MHz for [C(NH2)3]2ZnX4 (X=Cl, Br), [C(NH2)3]2MCl6 (M=Sn, Te, Pt), and [C(NH2)3]2PtBr6. Above room temperature, the <I>D</I>3h cation undergoes reorientational motion by 120° about the cationic <I>C</I>3 axis. For [C(NH2)3]2TeCl6 crystals, two phase transitions were located at 312 and 373 K.
