An enzyme electrode for creatine consisting of a single glass electrode and immobilized creatine kinase was prepared, and the effects of various conditions on the calibration curve obtained with this electrode were examined. Creatine in the range of 0.42–3.3 mmol dm−3 could be determined at 37 °C and pH 9.
