• A series of C3 Cyclotriveratrylenes and D3 cryptophanes have been resolved by HPLC on Chiralpak-OT (+), allowing the first direct enantiomeric excess assessments for these substances. These results confirm the usefulness of this chiral stationary phase for the resolution of aromatic compounds and extend its scope of application to new classes of highly symmetrical molecules.
