概要

• Two new lignans, kadsurin and kadsurarin, were isolated from <I>Kadsura japonica</I> Dunal, and their structures were established. The stereostructures of the schizandrin-type lignans including their conformations were elucidated by measurements of intramolecular nuclear Overhauser effects.
