In this paper, it was centered on the content of 'Official Gazette', especially for the medical issue records of International Student's of Qing End, aimed to discuss their living condition at that time. 'Official Gazette' is monthly magazine, established by the Qing Legation in Japan, a specialized institution, devoted to manage the international students, which was issued and published by Student Authority. At the same time, it possessed the character of the reports on the international student's actual situation in Tokyo. In the thesis, it discusses the living conation of international students of Qing End in according to the records in the 'Official Gazette'. During its analysis, there are conclusions as follows: Among the international students of Qing End, people who were at their own cost had poor economic congdition. On the contary, people at public cost were relatively stable. But many of them with poor health must be treated at own expense when they were under the level of stating in hospital.therefore, even people at public cost must directly face the baffled living facts because of the medical expense. In addition, because the material was limited in this paper, the medical issue about personal cost wasn't mentioned yet. It will be the investigated topic in the future. Please follow with interest.
