Pancuronium bromides are known to be inactivated by binding to serum-protein. The author studied the activity of Pancuronium bromide by means of frog-abdominal rectus muscle contraction produced by Acetylcholine. Pancuronium bromide showed inhibition of muscle contraction by Acetylcholine, and its action was dependent upon the serum-protein concentration. It was concluded that pancuronium bromide was inactivated due to binding with serum-protein.
