The practical problem in the pediatric anesthesia was discussed in this paper.<BR>1. Upper air-way inflammatory syndrom in elective case should be treated prior to surgery by antibiotics and inhalation therapy.<BR>2. Aspiration of gastric contents due to vomiting or regurgitation during anesthesia could be prevented by regulation of preanesthetic feeding.<BR>3. Acid-base and electrolyte balance studies determined with micromethod seemed to be usef ull in management of patients.<BR>4. Relation between the blood loss during surgical procedure and postoperative anemia was studied.
