• Three cases whose roentgenogram showed the swelling of hilar lymph node, but no abnormality in the lung, were reported.<BR>The 1 st case was sarcoidosis, the 2nd, cancer of the lung and the 3rd, lymphadenitis tuberculosa. The 1 st and the 2 nd case were diagnosed by the biopsy of periscalenous and supraclavicular node and the 3 rd by the biopsy with intrapleural endoscope.<BR>The examination with endoscope and the biopsy of lymph node or the mucosae of the lung and the bronchus were necessary to the early diagnosis of the patient with the swelling of hilar lymph node on the roentgenogram.
