In the present paper, the results of a comparative investigations on the influences of vitamin B1 and SB1 etc. on the activity of acetylcholin and adrenalin are reported.<BR>The activity of acetylcholin is enhanced by vitamin B1 at the dosis of 2 mg per kg or more. In the case of vitamin SB1, the activity is enhanced even at the dosis of 1 mg per kg. Aethyl-B2 enhances the activity of acetyl-cholin at the dosis of 0.5 mg per kg to such an extent that it influences the heart, blood pressure and respiration. However, generally speaking, the activity of vitamin SB1 is the most intense. In the case of co-carboxylase, the activity is found to be inconsistent.<BR>Aethyl-B1 enhances the activity of adrenalin, while co-carboxylase affected inhibitory.<BR>In all cases, the enhancement of the activity of acetylcholin, enhancement or inhibition of the activity of adrenalin are most remarkably noticed when vitamin B1 and its derivatives are applied simultaneously in combination of acetylcholin or adrenalin.
