The effect of new antiulcerogenic drug, N-Acetyl-L-glutamine aluminium complex (KW 110), on the motility of intestine of rabbit was studied.<BR>KW 110 showed almost no effect on the intestinal motility even applied directly to the intestinal surface or <I>per os</I> during seven days. KW 110 also showed almost no antispasmodic action against the contracture produced by acetylcholine or barium chloride.<BR>Effects of KW 110 on the spontaneous contraction of intestine in were shown in Fig. 2. and the antispasmodic action for the barium and acetylcholine contractures Fig. 3 and 4.
