As possible indicators in carcinoma-affected individuals, the following parameters were adopted: 1) The ADCC (Antibody Dependent Cell-mediated Cytotoxicity) activity, 2) The rate of active E rosette formation and 3) in vitro PPD.Examination was made with respect to these parameters on the pre- and post-operative changes in 5 patients with laryngeal carcinoma and ethmoid sinus carcinoma.Although no particular changes were noted in the first two parameters, there was a tendency that PPD negatives turned positive postoperatively.
