Papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum (Warthin's tumor) of the parotid gland was diagnosed in two patients.A 76-year-old male had a pigeon-egg sized mass in the left parotid region; a 66-year-old male had a thumb tip sized tumor in the right parotid region. Both tumors were removed by surgical enucleation. The histopathology was typical of Warthin's tumor in both cases. The possible pathogenesis of Warthin's tumor is discussed.
