• Now is the best time to promote habitation in the central districts, as land prices are declining. Following items should be noticed as key points to realize prosperous life for diversity of residents in the central districts.<BR>1) Variety of housing supplies with wide range of prices and rents, especially for middle income family.<BR>2) High quality urban space based on set back of existing buildings.<BR>3) Provision of life care services for resident such as two income families and women.<BR>4) Efficient use of unused land with improvement of urban infrastructure.
