The processes of 44 cases of them were obser-ved for the period from more than one year to three years and nine months. These cases were examined with the gastrocamery two or three weeks during the first three months. The results were as follows; Observing gastrecamera pictures, were classified into the following three in terms of the shape, the shape, the nature of the wall and the sthe stadium.1). Type A : The shape of an ulcer was round or oval, and the wall was soft. It was healed showing dimunitian as of a concentric circle and rising of this bottom. The average healing days of the cases of this type were 34.5 days.2). Type B: The shape an ulcer was round or oval, and the wall was hard. It was healed leav-ing a hollow behind. The average healing days weye 62 days.3). Type C: The shape of an ulcer was irreg-ular, and the wall was hard and uneven. Some of the cases of this type healed in lindes, and otherswere healed leaving hollows of irregular shape behind. A few cases of this type not hea-led. This classification will serve the purpose of the correct diagnosis and the judgement of the stadium and prognosis of ulcers.
