The authors discovered some cases of pale yellow nodule in the stomachs showing atrophic changes by gastrocamera and them to be gastric xanthoma. The mechanism of its formation and its significance may be a future problem of interest. The summary of this report made in public in March, at the IVth general meeting of the Japanese Gastroenterological Endoscopical Association and Dec, at the V th local Tokai-district meeting of the Japanese Gastroenterological Endoscopical Association and cases thence forth were added in this report.
