概要

• A 45-year-old female has broken the shaft and intertrochanter of her femur by labour accident, which were treated by a pin and an intramedullary nail, respectively. The intertrochanteric fracture healed with a slight varus deformity, Subcapital fracture of the femoral neck occurred 4 months thereafter, which was thought to be a fatigue fracture and was operated on by a screw and bone peg fixation. The fracture healed completely after one year.
