Reticulum cell sarcoma is one of malignant lymphomas. The most common site of departure is lymphnodes, but it rarely starts in a bone site, which is referred to as reticulum cell sarcoma primary in bone.We have a case of the rare onset, which is the multiple bone lesion of extremities without lymphnode lesion. Roentgenologically, lt. radius, capitate, 3rd metacarpal of lt. hand, rt ulna, metacarpals of rt hand, distal end of lt. humerus, lt. fibula, metatarsals of both foot are extensively destroyed without periostal reaction and new bone formation. These lesions were surprisingly healed by 60Co irradiation, but multiple metastatic lessions have appeared in the subcutaneous tissue and lymphnodes.
