Two rare cases of Wrist deformity were reported.Case I was a 21-year-old man with radial and dorsal flexion deformity of his left wrist. It was due to the shortening of extensor carpi radialis longus and brevis and the shortening of extensor digitorum communis.Case II was a 31-year-old man with flexion contracture of his right wrist. It was conversion phenomenon of psychosomatic disease.
