It is accepted that success in the skin grafting might depend upon sufficient hemostasis, and compression and fixation of the graft. Recently, several experiences with the fibrin glue have been reported due to its easiness in operational technique, and to its satisfactorical effects in hemostasis and adhesion. We now report some experiences of the skin grafting with the fibrin glue. The number of the patients grafted was 7 (male: 6, female: 1) whose ages varied from 19 to 83. The skin grafting was carried out on the patients with burn and/or trauma in the sum of 15 times in the last 2 years. Whole layer or intermediate layer was used as the skin graft. We could succeed in all the cases above using fibrin glue in the skin grafting.
