概要

• Thirteen patients with gonalgia who had no definite cause of pain, including nine women and four men ranging in age from fourteen years to seventy-two years, were investigated by 99mTc-MDP bone scintigrams. There were seven patients with osteonecrosis and six patients with reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD). It is suggested that scintigraphic findings are correlated with the clinical symptoms.
