• Two cases of sacrococcygeal pilonidal cyst are presented. They both are male; a twenty-year-old desk worker and a twenty-two-year-old truck driver. After more than one year's history of effusion coming out of the f istule, excision and primary closure were given. We now have an impression that complete excision of the lesion is of great importance in the management of this relatively rare condition.
