We had already reported the result of the vasucularized bone allografts in dogs with immunosuppression. This paper shows the early result after withdrawal of Cyclosporin (CyA) or FK506 (FK).Dogs with CyA have got partial bone union of the end of the graft and complete bone union of the other end of the graft. After wirhdrawal of CyA, the partial bone union of the end showed bone resorption and complete bone union of the other end kept bone union in the plane radiogram. Two weeks after the graft had little uptake and fourteen weeks after it had re-uptake by bone scintigram.Dogs with FK have got non-union of the both ends of the graft, after withdrawal of FK it have still had non-union in the plane radiogram and got no uptake by bone scintigram twenty-three weeks after.
